I currently offer face to face counselling appointments in Harlow, evenings and weekends.  I am also able to offer home visits in Harlow and the surrounding area daytime, evenings and weekends.  I can also arrange on-line and telephone counselling daytime, evenings and weekends.

My rates are £60 for a 50 minute session.

I have a limited number of spaces available for those on low incomes who would be unable to afford the standard counselling rate, and will offer concessions on an individually assessed basis.

I am also teach counselling at a local college and strongly believe in supporting the counsellors of the future and therefore offer counselling students concessionary rates.

I offer both short and long term counselling to suit the needs of my clients.

Weekly sessions usual but I am happy to offer fortnightly or monthly sessions if this is better for my clients.

I recommend an initial free 20 minute telephone consultation, prior to booking any sessions, so please ring or email me to arrange a suitable time for us to talk. This will give me the opportunity to understand and discuss your needs and for you to ask me any questions you may have. This will help you to decide if I am a good fit for you as a counsellor. There is no pressure for you to book any appointments after this.
